If you're a disciple of Swiss design brand Vitra, then you'll be itching to have a go on this.

Sadly, the 30-metre-high Vitra Slide Tower is not in Clerkenwell, home to Vitra's only showroom in the UK, but at the company's campus in Weil am Rhein, Germany. "With its prominent clock at the top, it is not a building in the classical sense but a viewing tower with a slide, and a work of art that enables a new and unique experience of self and art," said Vitra. The 38-metre covered slide and viewing platform was designed by artist Carsten Höller, who previously worked on a slide installation at Tate Modern.
