The Goldsmiths’ Centre in Britton Street has a regular festive twist for its end-of-year exhibition.

Cabinet of Curiosities features handmade pieces of jewellery, design and curiosity objects – and each of them is behind a door in an advent calendar. All of the work has been made by trainees and resident designer-makers at the Goldsmiths’ Centre and design studios at Craft Central. The free exhibition runs from 26 November to 5 January. And if you’re the sort of person who still gets excited by your advent calendar, there’s even an opportunity to be the one to open the next door at the Goldsmiths’ Centre.
